SQAR PLAN is an innovative SaaS platform designed to revolutionize the commercial real estate market, focusing on office space rentals. By integrating machine learning, automated space design, and real-time pricing, it streamlines leasing processes, enhances tenant management, and provides real-time data access for developers, investment funds, architects, and tenants.
As a Product Designer, I played a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of the platform. My responsibilities included:
✔ Conducting user research and interviews to identify key pain points.
✔ Creating user personas, empathy maps, and journey maps to guide design decisions.
✔ Designing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
✔ Iterating on design solutions based on usability testing and feedback.

Challenge
The office space rental market faced major inefficiencies due to outdated processes, leading to:
✔ Ineffective communication, relying on scattered emails and phone calls.
✔ Lack of real-time data, making it difficult to track available spaces and pricing.
✔ Slow and complex design processes, delaying decision-making.
✔ No centralized platform to manage rental agreements and space planning.
The challenge was to streamline communication, automate space planning, and provide a centralized, data-driven platform to help stakeholders manage office spaces more efficiently.
