Overview
As the Lead Designer and Product Manager, I led the design and development of a brand identity and real estate website, ensuring that users could easily find and compare properties while building trust in the new brand.
Challenge
The real estate market was experiencing high demand during the pandemic, as many sought to invest in secure assets like property. However, MB-Deweloper was entering a highly competitive market with well-established developers. The main challenges included:
✔ Building brand recognition from scratch, including logo and website design.
✔ Standing out in a competitive market with a compelling and user-friendly website.
✔ Providing clear, accessible information about the investment to potential buyers.
✔ Ensuring users could easily compare properties and make informed decisions.
✔ Designing a scalable website that could be easily updated as the business expanded.
